Insurance excess may be required for your claim(s) – please refer to your insurance policy. Some insurance providers may require ProRepair to withhold this excess. Should this apply to your claim, the excess will need to be paid to ProRepair prior to work commencing. Outlined below are a number of ways in which you are able to pay your excess. Pay by phone
To pay by credit card over the phone, please phone 1300 979 379 during business hours and state your job reference number (as indicated in your initial paperwork sent to you via post or email). A receipt of your transaction will be posted to you upon request.
Pay by mail
To pay by mail, please post a copy of your invoice along with a cheque to our head office:
